The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Coliseum, making it easy to explore the ancient ruins and other historical sites. the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and luxurious marble bathrooms. the staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the rooftop restaurant provides stunning views of the Roman Forum.
Some of the other rooms in the hotel are smaller and may not have the same level of comfort and amenities.

not centered, but wonderful location. Etro cosmetics in room
There are 2 parts of the hotel: old and new one. Check twice that your room will be in the new part. That's very important!!! The breakfast is classical Italian - coffee and some pastry, but it's ok

Amazing hotel for the money. The staff was beyond helpful! Everything that was asked of them or requested was very quickly answered or given. Even when we asked if there was a place to print our boarding passes for the next day, they let us come behind the counter and check in and print our boarding passes for free. Great hotel with amazing views and staff!

During my Easter break, I stayed at a lovely hotel. The breakfast they provided was one of the best I've had, with a wide range of options and fresh juices. The hotel was conveniently located near many historical sites and the staff was friendly and helpful, providing helpful tips on the best way to get around.
The noise from the busy street outside made it difficult to sleep at night. the room was quite small and cramped, with little space for movement.

i think the staff of this hotel can give lessons about customer care. i have booked a room from the old building part ( there are 2 building next to each other the old & new building. i don't recommend the rooms in theold building) and several things went wrong. For example the bathroom and bed was clean but the walls and floorings were awful, the air conditioing and safe systems were very old. Finally when i asked for the keys for the safe and they couldnt find it. After all these bad experiences they offered me a new room at the new part ofthe building and charged we the same price. The rooms were almost twice expensive but it didnt cost me a penny more than the price i made reservations for.if they havent changed my room i was certainly going to change my hotel the next day. They have turned my bad experience to a wonderful one. The staff was always polite and helpful. The location is awesome only a minute walk away from the collosseo, and they a nice breakfast at the terrace plus a nice view.
The rooms in the old building.

The location was superb, close to major attractions in the heart of Rome. The hotel and the staff are small, but the front desk staff really went out of their way to assist with restaurant recommendations, things to do, etc. There are some renovations underway, and we stayed in the new side of the hotel where the rooms are modern, comfortable and very charming.
The breakfast - while it is served in a very nice rooftop terrace with views of the Forum and a side view of Piazza de Venecia, the quality of the food was subpar and the choices limited. Also, the outside of the hotel in unappealing and doesn't really reflect the great hotel that lies inside.

Location, friendly personnel
Very high price, problems with the air conditioner, badly working Wi- fi Internet. The walls of the rooms on the third floor have damp patches

Nice location. 200 meters from the Colosseum, 150 meters to the metro station.
High price, air conditioner in the room didn't work properly. It was very hot and wet all the time in the room. Only Italian TV channels. Wi-fi Internet also was rather difficult to connect

We love the location! We love having breakfast on the rooftop though since we were there last, the "pines of Rome" have grown and now obsure the fabulous view.
The renovation was a bit of a hassle, walking between hotels etc. The air conditioning in our room (201) didn't work particularly well. We didn't have phone at first and the lighting wasn't great.
